The Jackson Hole Story


In the shadows of the Teton Mountains, a group of Jackson Hole neighbors gathered at a cabin one summer's night in 1923. Together, they shared a vision for the future of the their town - an ambitious balance between conservation and development. 


The Jackson Hole Story explores the creation of Grand Teton National Park and how it shaped Jackson hole into what it is today. Through sweeping footage of the valley landscape, the program showcases the beauty of the region and its wildlife. From the days of dude ranching to present day recreation and tourism, the documentary celebrates the unique character of Jackson.
